Well, this weekened the country is in for a once-in-50,000-year event: the appearance of the green comet above the country.
The spectacle of this highly anticipated celestial guest -- which scientists refer to as C/2022 E3 (ZTF) -- is literally a once-in-a-civilisation event.
The exotic comet has just made its way across parts of the Australian sky before crossing the sea en route to New Zealand, the South Pole and beyond.
