Strike action will resume today after the secondary school teachers' union rejected a revised pay offer from the government.

Teachers will refuse to take year twelve classes today, with further action planed for June 6 and 8.

The latest pay offer included a lump sum of $4500 and pay rises totalling between 11 to 15.5% by the end of 2024.

The Post Primary Teachers' Association acting president, Chris Abercrombe, spoke to Corin Dann this morning.
