Police in Auckland stopped a five tonne truck seen weaving around on the northern motorway on Saturday night, and found the driver was more than four times over the legal breath alcohol limit.
Police stopped the truck at 10.20pm after a complaint from the member of the public.
As well as exceeding the breath alcohol limit, they say the driver was disqualified.
