One person has died following a two vehicle crash at Pahiatua, near Palmerston North.

Police said the crash on State Highway 2, near Henderson Road, happened late yesterday afternoon.
A police spokesperson said the crash involved a truck and a four-wheel-drive ute towing a caravan.
A person in the ute died at the scene.
