Would you pay $130 for a burger?
That's one question lucky Wellingtonians will be pondering when "Burger Wellington" kicks off the programme for in the capital today.
Burger fans will be stuck for choice, with more than 200 burgers on offer this year.
For $130 the Foxglove restaurant on the waterfront you get a wagyu steak and a smashed brisket patty with crayfish gribiche (cold egg sauce) and shaved black truffle in a Japanese milk bun and served with a spoon of oscietra caviar.
