Four people have been injured in a late night assault in South Auckland.
One person was taken to Auckland Hospital in critical condition, another to Middlemore in serious condition, and two others had minor injuries.
Police said they were called to the Bader Drive bus stop in Māngere at 10:51pm on Monday, and arrested a 25-year-old man.
He will appear in Manukau District Court, charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Police said investigations were ongoing.
On Tuesaday morning, Auckland Transport said it had partially closed the Māngere Town Centre bus station, and temporary stops were in place next to it.
