A homicide investigation has been launched after a woman was found dead at a property in Blenheim.
Police were called to the property on Muller Road about 8.30am on Monday.
A 55-year-old man had been charged with murder and was due to appear in the Blenheim District Court on Tuesday.
Police said they were not looking for anyone else in relation to the woman's death.
