Vaccinators being trained up to deliver Covid jabs around NZ

Today the first of two doses of the Pfizer vaccine will be given to New Zealand's Vaccinators - they are the healthcare workers who will administer the jab to the rest of the population, starting with our border and MIQ workers from tomorrow. The Immunisation Advisory Centre is responsible for training healthcare workers on how to successfully administer the vaccine and has been recruiting thousands of people to help. Centre manager Loretta Roberts told our producer Matthew Theunissen that work on the programme began in April last year.
