The New Zealand's Women's double sculls pair compete for a medal, the All Blacks Sevens take on Great Britain in the semifinals and Clareburt returns for the 200m medley on Day 5 of the Tokyo Olympics.
Here's who to watch today:
Rowing
The New Zealand rowing squad take to the water once again on Wednesday starting with B finals for both the Men's Double Sculls pair and the Women's Quadruple Sculls team, starting at 11:20am and 12pm respectively.
After finishing second in their semifinal, Women's Double Sculls pair Brooke Donoghue and Hannah Osborne make their claim for a first Olympic medal in their A final at 12:18pm.
Later on, the Women's coxless pair compete in their semifinal at 3:30pm before the Men's Eight race in the Repacheges stage at 3:50pm.
Cycling
In New Zealand's only other medal chance of the day, George Bennett and Patrick Bevin compete in the individual time trial road cycling event at 5pm.
Bennett and Bevin will be competing against a field of 40 cyclists to claim a podium spot.
Rugby Sevens
After breezing past Canada, the All Blacks Sevens take on Great Britain in the semifinal who came back in the second half to overcome the USA in their quarterfinal.
Great Britain will be looking to go one better than their silver medal winning Rio 2016 performance when they fell at the final hurdle losing 42-7 to Fiji in the final.
Football
The Oly Whites have one chance to salvage their Olympic campaign after losing 3-2 in their last match against Honduras.
With the group evenly poised with three points for every team, New Zealand need to get a win when they play Romania at 8:30pm.
They also have to hope South Korea beat Honduras to ensure their most likely chance to advance to the quarterfinals.
They will be without their captain Winston Reid who came off injured early in the first half against Honduras.
Canoeing/Kayaking
Luuka Jones will have the chance to redeem herself after finishing 6th in the K-1 Canoe Slalom final when she kicks off her C-1 Slalom heats at 4pm.
Later, Callum Gilbert kicks off his Olympic campaign in the K-1 Canoe Slalom event heats, at 5pm.
Swimming
After falling short in the last stretch of the 400m Individual Medley final, Wellington swimmer Lewis Clareburt returns to the pool for the 200m Individual Medley heats just after 10pm.
The Women's 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay team are set to begin their heats with a race at 11:21pm.
Sailing
Blair Tuke and Peter Burling will be looking to bounce back from an underwhelming 12th place start to their 49er class campaign when they head out onto Yashima Harbour for their 4th, 5th and 6th races starting at 3pm.
Tennis
At 2pm, Marcus Daniels and Michael Venus are set to take on Dutch pair Wesley Koolhog and Jean-Julien Rojer in the quarterfinal of the men's doubles tournament.
Hockey
In the hockey, the Black Sticks Women are set to take on Spain in their third match in Pool B at 2:45pm.
The Black Sticks Men will look to bounce back from their underwhelming 2-2 draw with Japan when they face trans-Tasman rivals Australia in their second to last round robin game.
This could be a hard task for the New Zealand side who are yet to beat the Aussies in the six games they've played this year.
