Proud to be Bogans: Upper Hutt embraces its reputation

It's fair to say that the city of Upper Hutt has long had a reputation as a 'bogan town'.

The city has often shied away from its bogan side but is now set to embrace and celebrate it with a two-day festival of all things bogan.
