Police have arrested a fourth person after the death of Auckland man Benjamin McIntosh in Glen Eden this month.
A 59-year-old woman is the latest to be arrested, after McIntosh was found in a critical condition in a carpark on 3 June and later died in hospital.
The woman was charged with perverting the course of justice and will appear in Waitākere District Court tomorrow.
Two men aged 23 and 25, and a woman aged 24, have already been charged in relation to the death.
McIntosh's family described him as a dearly loved father, son, brother and grandson who would do anything for anyone.
