Optimism in Samoa on efforts to curb family violence

A commissioner hearing domestic violence testimonies on Samoa's national commission inquiry is heartened by Samoa's vision to do something about the problem.

The inquiry has just completed a month of hearing testimonies about violence and solutions.

Tagaloatele Peggy Fairbairn-Dunlop told Sara Vui-Talitu that it is resoundingly clear Samoans want change.
