A Christchurch business owner is being prosecuted for breaches of the Biosecurity Act.

A combined 13 charges have been laid.
The man is due to appear in the Christchurch District Court on 28 August.
The Ministry for Primary Industries would make no further comment, saying the matter is now before the courts.
