Arrest after investigation into death in Bay of Plenty

A 21-year-old has been arrested after an investigation into the death of a man, believed to be a rough sleeper, in Bay of Plenty.

The 56-year-old's body was found behind the council buildings in Te Puke in May.

Police said a 21-year-old Te Puke resident has been charged with reckless driving causing death.

He will be appearing in Tauranga District Court later this month.
