A person has died in a workplace incident in Auckland's suburb of Mt Wellington this morning.
The police were called to Lynton Road at about 8.30am, they said.
Construction company Naylor Love confirmed that the incident happened at an apartment building site on Lynton Street in Mt Wellington.
Its chief executive Rick Herd said the company is conducting its own investigation.
WorkSafe has been notified.
No further information was immediately available.
