Just over 100 nurses, 14 midwives and 10 doctors have been sacked from District Health Boards for refusing to be vaccinated against Covid-19.
They are amongst 341 staff who have been told to leave since last week's deadline for health workers to get their first Pfizer shot.
A spokesperson for all DHBs says 92 staff have resigned and just over a thousand have been stood down while talks continue about their future.
Some of them are waiting to get the AstraZeneca vaccine and others have applied for medical exemptions.
The DHBs employ 80,000 people.
