Ministry of Education avoided communicating with principal over bus stop

Ministry of Education staff actively tried to subvert communications with a Hawke's Bay school principal who raised safety concerns about a proposed new bus stop.

The emails show staff dismissed his concerns and were ordered to give the appearance of trying to get in touch with him, while actually trying to avoid him.
