Nalkutan FC's dream OFC Champions League debut continued as they crushed Lae City Dwellers 4-1 in Port Vila last night to finish atop Group A.

Both sides had already confirmed their place in the quarter finals but the Vanuatu club ensured they maintained their perfect winning record.

After a goal-less first half, teenage striker Azariah Soromon set the game alight with a second half hat-trick at Korman Stadium.

The 18 year-old beat his marker and curled the ball around the keeper to put Nalkutan in front two minutes after the restart.

The Vanuatu international doubled his tally with a stunning free kick ten minutes later, before RIchard Manuriki joined in with a free kick of his own on the hour mark.

Nigel Dabinyaba pulled a goal back for Lae City but, fittingly, it was Soromon who had the final word with a 90th minute header to complete his hat-trick.

In the earlier game, Fiji's Ba FC managed a consolation 4-1 victory over Tupapa Maraerenga from the Cook Islands.
