A Canterbury road will be closed for several hours after a serious crash this evening.
Police said the crash happened on Birchs Road in Prebbleton, shortly after 6pm on Tuesday.
There were currently diversions in place on Birchs Road at Leadleys Road and Robinsons Road.
Police said they would like to thank the public for their patience.
