A man has been taken to hospital suffering from a stab wound after being found injured at his Auckland home this morning .
He was discovered just before 1.30 am at his home in Commodore Drive in Lynfield.
The police say they are investigating the stabbing and that the 45-year-old man's injuries are not life-threatening.
