Hoillier doesn't want widespread use of video technology

FIFA's executive committee will meet in Cape Town tonight to discuss the use of goal-line officials at next year's World Cup.

President Sepp Blatter has already said that officials need more help to avoid controversial situations similar to Thierry Henry's hand-ball which helped France qualify for the finals.

The former France coach Gerrard Houllier, who now sits on FIFA's technical committee is in favour of additional officials and video cameras on the goal line but against the wider use of video technology.
