The Medical Council says it's horrified that Zholia Alemi fraudulently posed as a psychiatrist in England for 22 years, claiming she had a medical degree from The University of Auckland. As concerns mount for the many patients she treated, health authorities here are making assurances that strict systems are in place when foreign doctors apply for work. Alex Perrottet reports.
