Environment Minister David Parker is the first MP to report having tested positive for Covid-19.
In a tweet, Parker said he was isolating at home after testing positive on Sunday, had minor symptoms and was "not feeling too bad".
He had not been in the Beehive since last Monday, so was not with other MPs or staff while infectious, he said.
Parker, 62, is also Attorney-General, Revenue Minister, Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, and Associate Finance Minister.
