A Judge in Tonga has sentenced six Georgians for using forged documents to enter the country.
Justice Charles Cato gave each of the six a two-year suspended sentence and required them to depart Tonga within 14 days.
The six arrived in the country a month after travelling through Dubai, Vietnam and Fiji with the aim of reaching New Zealand.
They pleaded guilty to the charges.
Radio Tonga reports that Justice Cato told the Georgians, "Tonga is not a jumping off board."
