A child is in a critical condition after being hit by a vehicle in Auckland.
A police spokesperson said they were alerted to the collision at a residential property in Manurewa, just after midday on Tuesday.
The spokesperson said the child has been taken to Starship hospital for treatment.
The Serious Crash Unit was at the address on Coxhead Road.
