Greenstone Energy, which bought Shell's assets earlier this year, is to build a brand new $3 million service station in Waiuku, South Auckland.
The station will open in the first quarter of next year.
Greenstone is also building or refurbishing three other sites in North Shore, Bethlehem and Whangarei.
