In Australia a high court case has just got underway challenging the Government's same-sex marriage postal survey
The survey, run the Australian Bureau of Statistics will ask "whether or not the law should be changed to allow same sex couples to marry".
Two groups are challenging the postal survey, we speak to a representative of one of the groups, PFLAG (Parents, Family and Friends of Lesbians and Gays).
Shelley Argent from the group says she cannot believe how much the Australian government is fighting the moves to legalise gay marriage, and is only doing the survey so it can avoid having to vote on the issue.
