Fiji's Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions has confirmed that it has received from the police the files of six people who are alleged to have breached the Public Order Decree.

The six, including three political party leaders, have been freed after being held in police custody at the weekend.
They are Biman Prasad, Sitiveni Rabuka, Mahendra Chaudhry, Attar Singh, Tupeni Baba and Jone Dakavula.
They were arrested five days after they met to discuss the constitution without first obtaining a police permit.
Police said the arrests were prompted by unspecified utterances made at the meeting.
The Prosecutor's Office said it would review the files and decide whether to lay charges.
Breaches of the Public Order Decree can be punished with up to two years in jail.
