The Northern Marianas' former bishop Tomas A. Camacho is facing a second sexual abuse lawsuit.
A 65-year-old former altar boy has come forward, alleging the former bishop sexually abused him when he was a 10-year-old in Guam.
The accuser, known only as B.C., filed a $US5 million lawsuit in the federal court in Guam against Mr Camacho, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Agana, and 50 other unnamed entities and persons.
B.C. is suing Mr Camacho for child sexual abuse and all defendants for negligence and for breach of fiduciary duty and/or confidential relationship.
B.C. said in one incident when he was a boy he was caught by the bishop while looking at a porn magazine which he had found at the church, and the bishop then threatened to tell his mother.
He said after he begged the bishop not to let his parents know, he began fondling him.
Last February, Melvin Duenas, a Guam resident, also filed a lawsuit in the District of Guam against Mr Camacho for allegedly sexually abusing him several decades ago when he was 10 years old.
