A 15-year-old has been charged with manslaughter after a fatal crash in Christchurch's Selwyn District last year.
Police said one person died at the scene of the crash in West Melton, on 7 August 2023. Another person was transported to Christchurch Hospital in a critical condition.
The teenager is scheduled to appear in Christchurch Youth Court on Thursday.
He has name suppression.
Police said they were unable to provide further information as the matter is before the court.
