A Kiwi lockdown recipe is going viral thanks to Kitty Williams.
Kitty runs Kitty's Kitchen on Instagram and people are losing it over her sweet chilli, ham & cream cheese scrolls.

The reaction had taken her by surprise, Kitty told Jesse Mulligan.
“Oh my God it's overwhelming. But I'm loving it to be honest. It's pretty cool.”
She started her Instagram page initially to promote her catering business, she says.
“That naturally turned into me posting my recipes and creations and then it just sort of took off from there and I've sort of slowed down on the catering and focus more on delivering recipes through my Instagram.”
She describes her cooking style as “quite naughty”.
“It's a lot of butter and cream and frying, but it's all hearty meals.”
She posted the recipe as she would any other, she says.
“There was no sort of thought behind it. This is the last thing I thought would happen to be honest. So, I'm so flattered.
“And it's overwhelming every time I check my messages, there's all these people that have mentioned me in their stories, and I'm sharing, you know, almost hundreds of these scrolls.”

The scrolls have caught the imagination perhaps because they’re not too demanding for the novice home cook, she says.
“It's so easy and straightforward anyone can make it. And I think it's perfect for lockdown, obviously, as well. I mean, that's why it's blowing up.
“I think it's just naughty, it's delicious. It's easy to make. It's a bit different. Everyone seems to be loving it.”
