Six die in London house fire

A woman and five children have died in a house fire in London.

The victims, thought to be from the same family, were the woman, 41, three girls aged 14 and 13 and nine, and two boys, aged five and two

Police say a man, 51, and a girl, 16, escaped the blaze at the house in Neasden. They are being treated in hospital for burns.

The BBC reports the girl is in a critical condition.

Six engines from London Fire Brigade arrived at 1am on Saturday. The ground floor and first floor of the two-storey house were badly damaged.
