Judicial authorities in French Polynesia have ordered a post-mortem of a homeless man found dead in a public toilet.
La Depeche reports that the body of the 63-year-old man was discovered at dawn in the facilities of Papeete's Toata Square complex.
It says he is suspected to have died of heart failure.
Poverty has worsened in Tahiti and last year the public broadcaster reported that about 700 people lived on Papeete's streets.
Others say the number of homeless in the city vary between 250 and 400.
