Kim Dotcom has avoided being sent back to jail for the time being after a hearing to revoke his bail this morning was adjourned.
The internet entrepreneur will still have to obey strict bail conditions until a hearing later this week
Lawyers for the Crown were due to argue today Mr Dotcom should be remanded in prison for allegedly breaching his bail conditions.
However, his lawyer Ron Mansfield told the Auckland District Court he needed more time to prepare, after the Crown made further allegations during the weekend.
Mr Mansfield said Mr Dotcom denied the allegations, which court rules prevent Radio New Zealand News from reporting.
Judge Nevin Dawson continued tough interim bail conditions which prevent Mr Dotcom travelling more than 80 kilometres, or travelling by helicopter or boat.
