6.2 quake off Santo, Vanuatu

A magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck 35 kilometres east of Santo in Vanuatu early this morning.

The quake was at a depth of over 100km and struck at 4:13am local time, according to the United States Geological Survey.

There are no reports of damage so far.
