The deadline for public submissions is the first of October and Governor Eloy Inos says people should make use of this time as it is important their views are heard.

CNMI is preparing its formal response to the proposed military training and the public submissions will provide substance to the administrative record to be used in lawsuits against the military should training exercises prove adverse to the economic, social, and environmental wishes of the CNMI.
