Transport policy makers urged to treat e-bikes more seriously

Sales of E bikes are predicted to overtake sales of new cars in a few years, and they have an important roll to play in a low carbon transport system. 

Public health researcher at the  University of Otago, Wellington Caroline Shaw says the restricted view of policy makers is a barrier to progress.
