Police have arrested a third person in the hunt for Hone Reihana, who is wanted over a shooting at the Sofitel Hotel in Auckland.
Reihana is wanted by police after shots were fired in the lobby of the hotel on Auckland's viaduct last month.
Police confirmed the incident was linked to raids on the Head Hunters and Mongols gangs.
Today a 30-year-old man was arrested and charged with being an Accessory after the Fact. He is scheduled to appear in the Waitākere District Court this afternoon.
Two others were arrested in Northland over the weekend in relation to the search.
Police asked that anyone who saw Reihana, who also goes by the name Hone Hawira, to call 111 and not approach him.
