Police in Wairoa have charged two people in relation to a shooting.
A member of the Mongrel Mob was shot twice just after 8am on Sunday, following a dispute at a house.
He was admitted to Hawke's Bay hospital in Hastings in a serious condition, with wounds to his face and arm.
A man, 19, and an 18-year-old woman were arrested on Tuesday morning.
Both are due to appear in the Gisborne District Court later in the day.
