A group of protesters who had been gathered at the Raglan Airfield since January have left today.
They were opposing the construction of a fence surrounding the airfield.
Waikato West area commander Inspector Will Loughrin said there was no trespass notice given, nor any arrests made.
"Police had been in regular communication with the protest group in the past few weeks and had been working with them towards a peaceful resolution."
Loughrin said he was pleased the occupation on the airfield was resolved without any significant issues.
