A civil servant in Fiji was questioned by police today following his claims on social media of organ trafficking in the country.

Police said the health worker's recent posts on Facebook prompted authorities to look into an alleged abduction of a teenage boy.
Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho said in a statement that investigations found the boy lied about being drugged and abducted by a group of men in Lautoka on Saturday.
He said the boy admitted giving police false information due to personal reasons.
According to Mr Qiliho, the health worker's social media posts, based on rumour mongering, caused fear among the people.
He said the posts also resulted in an unwarranted attack on the Chinese community in Fiji.
Mr Qiliho said police will now look at the relevant provisions of the law that may have been breached.
He added more health officials are likely to be brought in for questioning.
