Tonga Geological Services has reported 13 volcanic activities from the Home Reef Volcano in the last 24 hours.
This is two more than in the last update on Saturday.
The Aviation Colour Code alert has however been lowered from orange to yellow as the latest satellite imagery no longer contained ash or steam.
Mariners are advised to sail at least four kilometres from the Home Reef volcano until further notice.
The government said the volcano posedm a low risk to the Vava'u and Ha'apai communities.
A week ago, the island measured 211 metres North-South and 218 metres East-West with a height of 15 metres above sea-level.
Home reef is located 25 kilometres southwest from Late island and 22 kilometres from Lateiki.
The volcano first erupted on September 10.
