More children in Fiji are getting a taste of kiwi with a second delivery of the fruit to areas hit by Cyclone Winston.

Nine tonnes of kiwifruit from New Zealand are currently being distributed to schools, with Fiji's Education Ministry helping to direct the fruit to areas which are most in need.

It follows an earlier shipment of kiwifruit two months ago.

Jo O'Brien spoke to Nick Kirton, the external relations manager for New Zealand kiwifruit company, Zespri.
