The New Zealand pace bowler Trent Boult will miss the three-match one-day cricket series against England because of a side strain which could yet rule him out of the Champions Trophy.
He's been replaced by Ian Butler.
Boult suffered the injury during New Zealand's 247-run second test defeat at Headingley this week and bowled just two overs in England's second innings.
An MRI scan confirmed the initial diagnosis of a muscle tear in Boult's right side, ruling him out of the three-match series with England.
The Black Caps physiotherapist Paul Close says he expects Boult to make a full recovery in six to eight weeks.
Butler is in line to take his place in the Champions Trophy squad.
