The men's health television programme Match Fit is returning to screen's this month, giving us a glimpse of what its like for All Blacks once they've hung up their boots and rugby's no longer the centre of their lives. The former players are mentored by Sir Graham Henry and Sir Wayne "Buck" Shelford as they face the physical and mental challenges that life throws at them in their later years. The second series features Va'aiga Tuigamala (Inga Tuigamala), who sadly died after filming had concluded. Nathan Rarere caught up with Sir Graham and asked what it's like working with players when they're no longer the trim professional athletes that they once were.
