Police are describing the death of a person on Auckland's North Shore overnight as "unexplained".
A police spokesperson says they are investigating the death, which happened in Waiake at about midnight.
They say two people at the Sharon Road address are assisting with the investigation.
A greater police presence is expected in the area with a scene examination on Tuesday.
