Auckland International Airport Ltd has made two appointments to its board. They are appointed Fonterra chairman Sir Henry van der Heyden and investment analyst James Miller.
Shareholders will be asked to approve the appointments at the company's annual meeting in October.
Sir Henry and Mr Miller will both be independent directors.
