The world head of Transparency International, Jose Ugaz, says the watchdog organisation is planning to take a new approach to dealing with corrupt and fraudulent practices.
Mr Ugaz is touring the region and Don Wiseman spoke to him about the corruption issues that have been identified in parts of the Pacific.
