The man charged with the murder of Jasmine Wilson has pleaded not guilty in the High Court in Whanganui this morning.
The 28-year-old was making his second appearance on the murder charge.
He also faces a string of violence charges.
Wilson was brutally beaten and dropped off at Whanganui Hospital unconscious on 31 July. She died two days later.
The man has been in custody since 26 August on charges of assaulting and injuring the 30-year-old mother of two, but was charged with murder in October.
He was granted interim name suppression and remanded in custody.
He will reappear in February next year.
