Dozens of people have been rescued from walking tracks in Fiordland after being cut off by torrential rain. About 70 people were flown out of the Milford Road corridor and surrounding tracks yesterday by helicopters. Among them was Te Anau landscape photographer, Will Patino, who spent Sunday night at Gunns Camp. He explained how he got out to Timothy Brown.
